Had a very poor experience with the management here. During breakfast our group of 3 was told that breakfast was only included for 2 and that we would have to pay. They brought a bill for $50 for what we assumed was a free breakfast. In the afternoon one of my friends got stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes. The manager came and gave them a bottle of water, without apologizing for their inability to maintain the basic infrastructure of their building.
The next day we took the tram to vivocity and did some shopping. When we tried to take the tram back they informed us we would have to pay $4 per person to get back to our own hotel! Called the hotel who said we would just have to pay.
Raised the review from 1 to 2 stars because the property was very nice and new.

Fantastic hotel at a reasonable price.
As a Marriott elite member got upgraded into a beautiful suite with Harbor view.
Fitness and swimming pool top notch and the staff make you feel welcome and really takes care of you.
Wonderful chocolate arrival gift, top quality again!!!

AMAZING hotel! my parents arrived at this location late at night around 3am due to delay flight from the Philippines and stayed for 4 nights, but they still was able to check them in that night despite of confusion. all staffs were very lovely and have great customer service!.A nice lady who were checking them in was nice. sorry i did not caught your name. all staff were amazing.!! was very surprised about my family experience!

Okay only. Don’t think it’s one of the nicest hotels I have been to. It’s within the Sentosa island, there are a few ways to get there. Here are 2:
1. Take a cab, tell your cab driver to go to the hotel guest lane when reach the Sentosa entrance – you might have to pay a small fee unless you have booking proof that you are staying at the hotel.
2. Take the free shuttle bus at level 1 of VivoCity (you can check with the Info Counter where it is). Please note that there are several shuttle buses that go there. But I think you can only take the W hotel shuttle bus (the other buses might not go to the hotel).
Giving this 3 stars because we waited 1 hour for the bus which the hotel receptionist claimed that it comes every 10-15min. Such lies. We took a cab from the shuttle bus spot to the hotel in the end.

Wonderful hotel that really knows how to treat their elite members. I was here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and would like to thank Ms. Fazila Rafi for arranging such a lovely surprise of roses/decorations and a cake in our room, you really made our day.
