Simple dim sum menu but reliable quality. Can’t go wrong with getting your dim sum fix here. Service is decent and overall a pleasant experience. Expect some waiting during peak hours.

Food is generally okay, good for dim sum. We liked the sticky rice in lotus leaf and the BBQ buns. We also ordered spinach prawn dumpling and the translucent dumpling skin came slightly “torn” to begin with. The skin was too sticky and broke apart when we tried to gently picked it up with a chopstick; doesn’t look fresh.
Service can be improved, not rude but not friendly/welcoming either (no smiles no greetings). We went during off-peak at 4pm and there were plenty of empty seats, but we were first gestured to an awkward table near the entrance. We requested to change and was then asked to sit beside a crowded family (with one person sitting on an extra chair at the side of their table). I decided to choose my preferred seat instead, the one beside it, which was more peaceful and comfortable. Can’t understand their logic of squeezing different groups of customers together even during off-peak.

The food is delicious, staffs are friendly and service is quick. I went during the low peak weekday, $3.80++ 2.30pm to 5pm. This is a great deal, except for the fact that I am super thirsty after the meals. There are many msg in the foods, that’s why I rated it for 3 stars.

Dim Sum restaurant. Quality of food has been declining over the past few months. Food is slightly pricier and can get crowded at times. Service is great and quick, although food seems to only be slightly warm at times. One of my go to restaurants for dim sum in the past, hopefully improvements are made soon!

Lousy quality for the price. Never going back. Many other better dim sum places.
