   Unbelievable Indonesian chicken. Great staff. The atmosphere is special. 100 pretty interesting of my favorite places to eat on the island!

   Sin Hoi Sai Eating House is a MUST GO for everyone staying at east coast or wanting to see some more of Singapore than just downtown.

   Super yummy food. Always fresh.

   Due to the place being so popular, do not go in a rush. Bring some time and be ok waiting a little for your food. It is worth the wait. I promise.

   Aunty Kim is the sweetest person. The food is one of the best and gets better with the warmth of the people who work there.

   This is my second time visiting this place and I came during their peak hour around 7pm on a Saturday night.
   There were disclaimers given by the staff that waiting time will be long and I indeed waited about 1 hour for my food. 1 hour is a bit long for my liking so that’s 1 star out.

   4 stars because the food is totally worth waiting. We polished off every single dish and left this eatery feeling happy and satisfied. You have to try their salted egg prawns and sambal kangkong. Clams were very fresh, big and meaty too.
