Arrived to get a table and politely asked a waiter or manager. To our surprise we were rudely told there is no table short of telling us to “f**k off” which the manager or wait person probably would have given the chance.
All the nice reviews of the food and place so we wanted to try to. Unfortunately how we were greeted by the wait staff was horrible. If there’s is a negative star to rate the place then it should be correct. It would be really sad if the service we got was because our skin was not of the right color. I’m just saying >:/

Portion is generous and with 2nd main dish at 50% off during weekdays lunch, it makes It more worthwhile to go to with a group.

Conveniently located near the shower/toilet and carpark. Food is so..so. Overpriced for the quality though…;)

So last Friday 06/09/19, a close bud and I decided to catch up with an evening stroll at the beach followed by cold beer & some grub. We ended up at Sandbank East Coast. Service was really very very basic and I’m being polite here. Strange how service staff there didn’t even say “Hi” or look happy to see us. That aside we had a bucket of beer, not really of our choice because the waiter said they were out, though he didn’t seem at all apologetic nor did he even offer a simple “Sorry” but hey that wasn’t as annoying, yet. We ordered buffalo wings (6 wingettes I think) which came with a blue cheese dip, an Asian salad with anchovies and a club sandwich of sort. The food and portions were decent except for the blue cheese dip. It came in a shot glass barely half filled, so I asked for another serving but was very promptly told that it costs an additional $2 for the dip! I mean seriously? I told the waiter that the amount given was clearly insufficient but he merely repeated the price. So that’s where the irritation gets going…the 2 piece band was quite annoying but thank God we were seated outside….then there was the Corona bottles which were uncapped all at once when it shouldn’t have been for obvious reasons and of course the service or rather lack of it! The bill was a $100 or so and I thought it was extremely small minded to charge $2 for a dip at the expense of losing a repeat customer…Overall I’ll definitely give it a skip the next time I’m there…

Went there on a Saturday evening to catch an EPL football game on TV. Ordered the pork belly and Caesar salad. Pork belly is 5 stars. The salad was well salad, nice and comforting.
