   Gorgeous views from this place, with modern internal decor (albeit slightly dark) and excellent service!

   They had a nice selection of wines on the wine menu, many of which needed at least a 4 hour decanter. I was surprised that they didn’t call us up before we came to ask if we were having any wine, as some of these were clearly not suited for being opened on the spot.

   The food was not outstanding, each plate sounded more exotic than it tasted, with produce flown in or modelled after some European country. It was still an enjoyable meal however, so be sure to come here for the good views and a nice night out!

   We came here on National Day to catch the Singapore River fireworks and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The food was excellent. Loved the simplicity and fantastic ingredients. Bread (warm, toasty, full of flavour) was superb, and the dessert showed finesse. Excellent service! We will be back to try their usual menu. Grazie chef.

   Loved the gastronomical experience and mindblowing thoughts that go into a single dish.. imagine… 51 ingredients for a dessert!!?

   We had the omakase menu and went for the “Gourmet” option. This consisted of two amuses-bouche, two starters, one pasta, one main, one dessert and petit fours. Everything was tasty and innovative, which the exception of one of the starters which was a bit tasteless. The wine menu is not the most extensive, particularly where white is concerned, but we were recommended a Chardonnay we were very happy with. Would definitely go again.
