   The room was quite spacious and neat. Although we can feel that it’s a bit old, the room was clean. The swimming pool is a good place to relax. The hotel location is really good as you can walk easily to the hawker center nearby. We also got two complementary bike rental tickets from the hotel. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

   Stay was generally pleasant. Relatively large space and modern and comfy furnishings. Good food around and great scenery. There were some things that could be improved like the hallways lightings, ventilation & smells and loose/stained tiles. Service was good too.

   Great hotel with minimal restaurant at lobby. Japanese and Western restaurants. Lobby is equipped with fews selection of food wending machine.
   Overall is a good stay but one of the room was having a problem with the water pipe with no water 😬. The manager is very helpful and change the room for us immediately. Room is a spacious, and clean. Bathroom come with bathtub, shower and spacious too. Comfortable and room service is very efficient and good.
   Buffet selection is quite good and delicious too.
   They provide a free shuttle bus to Airport and from Airport to the Hotel. Quite convenient and pleasant stay most importantly. Overall quite friendly staffs but not all. Few staffs was rude during entering to the dining areas. Have to improve on this.
   Most annoying is during the day time, there’s is upgrading work and drilling work so loud at almost whole day time. I think is better if the manager can inform the guests as respects before interrupting their stay on the hotel by right. Need serious attention to this.

   Service in the executive lounge was good. Breakfast buffet was basic. Location is good, away from the concrete jungle. Hotel is showing signs of age. Needs to be updated. Shuttle service was horrible. Rude driver. Double standard. Helped westerners with their luggages but with Asian/Singaporean/Malaysian, didn’t even get up to help us.

   Went here for a 3D2N recently. Quite a nice hotel. Good food. Very good buffet mix actually, in my opinion. I would recommend this hotel to host conferences because it’s near Changi and it is far enough from city that it almost feels like you’re overseas. 🙂
