   Went when there was a 1-for-1 buffet deal, paid around $34. There was not alot of food selections. The salad was not that nice as the meat tasted like it had been left out for awhile. There was chilli crab, and BBQ Tiger Prawn was good.

   With the cost of the buffet, you would expect at least a wider variety of food spread. The salmon sashimi which was 1 of the highlight was removed and no Japanese sashimi was offered (except some unappetising sushi rolls at a corner). Hardly any service from the staff and you had to go after and remind their staff repeatedly to help you clear the empty plates on your tables. Service staff were also unfriendly and looked grumpy. For what’s it worth, I would NOT recommend going for this overrated and overpriced buffet.

   (PS: A female service staff, Aiza was the only saving grace. She was very courteous and friendly, offering to clear our plates whenever she happened to pass by our tables)

   Again this is my second visit there, surprisingly those paid with mastercard gets a 1 for 1 deal.. The staff there was very polite and kind, even to the extend providing my friend with Tabasco upon request though that was not serve on the spread table . Highly recommended.

   It’s another comfort place for us, from when it was called Changi Meridien and before the kids came along. We also like the beach nearby, for a stay cation venue.
