    It’s been over 6 years since I tried this franchise. Over these years, the standard has dropped drastically while the prices have increased. A dish I ordered, the salmon belly, was pictured as a thicknroll that us served. When the product came, all the 4 pieces possibly make up 1 piece in the picture. Some of the staff try to be friendly whole others just take it as their job. I guess that’s why there are fewer and fewer branches. You might want to consider spending the same amount of money somewhere else for a better experience.

    Great food, although cost of teppanyaki is a little steep. Service staff are attentive.

    Food is raw, sticky as advertised, but fresh. They must be running out of space in the kitchen thus they had to cook in front of me.

    Wait. What? Oh. That’s sashimi and teppanyaki. No wonder la.

    My worst experience ever! The seafood ramen’s prawn is not fresh at all! Ramen is overpriced! Bento is overpriced!
