   Very professional and well verse in service recovery. Had some issue with an item on the menu. Immediate the staff name RYAN show excellent immediate service recovery during and after the meal. I’m sure he would be an excellent asset for the company. At first my dining experience was bad after that what Ryan did make it an excellent dining for my family.. Greatly appreciate.

   Had a reservation at 7.30pm but was only seated at 8.10pm. Only 20-30mins after ordering our food did they come to our table 3 times to tell us that 3 of our choices were out of stock. Staff were nice but overall service by the restaurant as Michelin-starred was terrible. TERRIBLE

   Thumb up for Eric Zhang, the best service provider I have seen from all my visits to Putien’s outlets.
   Very approachable and friendly towards kids too.
   Feel comfortable eating in here as compared to other locations.

   This restaurant serves good authentic Putien food. As this is autumn season it is also the best time to eat eel as they have grown to full size. We ordered the eel soup cooked with herbs and the chef cook it in front of us. Real amazing. Other dishes like clamps and pork ribs are also very nice. Service is good and price very reasonable.
