Food not value for money. Taste normal. Coconut ice cream put in fridge too long become too hard, crushed ice not crushed. Waitress poor understanding of english.

    But serve food fast.

Say until so not good then how come business still around?
Because here in NSman Bukit Batok, there is only 2 restaurants! Limited choices. Their strategy is working.

Went to try Mooks for the first time with high hopes.. ordered two main dishes, only one arrived. Waitress missed out on our order 🙁
The restaurant wasn’t full and it didn’t look busy…
Apparently , other customers have faced similar issues. HomeTeamNS, please do something about this.. you need more restaurants too!

I ordered Phad Thai and there’s nothing really special about it. The iced coffee was nice though, but the price for both was so expensive ang i feel that it’s not worth it.

used to come here often 2 years ago but i feel the quality of food has dropped. we ordered: tom yum clear soup, plain omelette, crispy chicken wings, kailan with salted fish, Tom yum fried rice. total cost: $70+.
not worth it for the quality of the food.

decent: dishes: omelette, tom yum fried rice (but wish it was spicier)

sub-par dishes: the tom yum (clear soup) tasted more like asam and was not spicy at all, did not taste like tom yum at all. the kailan salted fish was bland and the leaves were minimal. the crispy chicken wings were so tiny!! and not spicy. ($14??)

i like the ambience of the place and feel sad that the food isn’t as shiok as it used to be. hope to see some changes & improvements!

Earlier I gave 5 stars because of it was a nice place for family gathering but now i withdraw my review because of the unreasonable restricted rules for darts. Will reconsider my visit to here now, well not my lose, save my usual $50/visit!
