Average pricing.
Sambal shrimp was underwhelming.
Egg with shell, learn how to crack an egg first.

Took me 30 minutes to wait for the seafood fried rice that I ordered.🥺
Missed my order as I noticed that they were already serving others way behind me during the queue. 👎🏻

Dishes we ordered:
XO Sauce Seafood Tofu (M)
(Signature) Lemongrass glass noodles fish (M)
Prawn paste chicken (M)
3 eggs Chinese spinach (S)
Spicy Kang Kung (S)
Bittergourd seafood soup (M)
By right, you can’t go wrong with soups at these eateries. However, this time around, the bittergourd did not spend enough time boiling with the soup, so the bittergourd was a little undercooked, and the soup was… Just soup.
How come this stall hasn’t yet used homemade tofu? No effort ❌❌ and I didn’t know what’s going with this tofu dish. The gravy didn’t blend well with the ingredients.
Prawn paste chicken is also something that you cant go wrong with. This one had a little bitter after taste.
The spinach was mehhhhh (or Singaporean will say like that lorrrr), but the kangkong was the star. The chili was well fried and the vegetables were cooked just right.
Ok the signature is apparently the glass noodles fish (notice how I left out the lemongrass part because .. what lemongrass????), but it didn’t meet the mark. The glass noodles were sticky and not springy, and the fish was a little (read:overcooked till it was flaky) overcooked.
For the portion and the number of dishes, $79 felt a little too costly.
