   The outlet do not deserve to be classified under the “Fast Food” category.
   During non-peak hours, at least 15min wait from payment to receiving of your food.
   During peak hours, mainly 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm, wait time for payment can go up to 30-40min and upon payment, another 30-40min wait for your food.
   During my visit on a Saturday, after ordering from the machine, it took nearly an hour for someone to get to the cashier counter to start picking up payments. Another hour of wait for my food to be ready. Entered the outlet at 7.15pm and left at 9.25pm. To make things worse, upon receiving my order, I took a look inside and 2 apple pies were missing. Advice every customer to check their order at the counter before leaving. 3 out of 10 of my visits, there were missing items. Seriously the worse outlet in Singapore.

   All of the staff including the manager completely ignored the ordering counter and were only concerned about helping the kitchen crew issue the food.

   Stood at the counter completely ignored like an idiot until I made noise at them. Even though the outlet was busy, this is unacceptable. Horrible service. I crown this the absolute WORST Mac outlet I’ve been to, including overseas ones.

   I would recommend take outs during breakfast hours because seats are limited.

   Too slow. Order a meal and have to wait for 25 min to get it serve. My God. All the staff work very slowly including the manager.

   What to say… Same same as all McD’s. A bit small. But has an ok-ish outdoor seating area.
