Lee Do Restaurant: Old School Fuzhou Food! They serve cold crabs and I was impressed with the crab dish. The other dish which they are known for is their red wine chicken. This is perhaps the most iconic Fuzhou dish and is often prescribed for women during their confinement. The key to the dish is the wine lees leftover from making glutinous rice wine. This red wine chicken is the best version I have come across so far. This soup is robust without being overly rich with a very pleasant tang.

The seafood items were good. Fresh and flavourful without too much added sauces.

Must go for the cold crab. Their crabs have loads of roe. Their other signature dishes are a must try too!

One of my favorite foochow places! The cold crab is a must try (you’re advised to call in advance to reserve the crabs). The red wine chicken soup is also one of the best I’ve had, broth is thick and rich and I could probably eat this everyday. Other personal favorites include the fried mee sua and yam paste 😍 Service is impeccable. Highly recommend this if you’re in the mood for good foochow food.
