Kebun Baru Food Centre is a very old hawker but full of local flavours. They have a wet market diagonally opposite the hawker centre. It gets busy from dawn and there are a a few famous stores selling delicious local delights like porridge, noodles. You still be bake to get $2.50 nasi lemak and 80cents coffee at selected stalls. There are many other shops around to cater to the needs of the residents and lastly, there is a fabulous steamboat located next to the hawker centre. Do visit early as the steamboat stall tend to get busy as early as 5.30pm onwards.

Not many good food choices. Nicer ones are claypot chicken rice and bak chor mee. Got a few coffee shops for more food choices that u can explore. There’s a bread/cake shop nearby with cheaper varieties of cakes, if u like cakes. 🙂
