Year after year, Jumbo keeps standards pretty high. Service is efficient and surprisingly attentive for such a big place. I always take visitors out to taste pepper crab, my favorite dish in Singapore. And I almost always come to Jumbo East Coast. The dish it pretty expensive but worth it and everybody likes it. Other dishes are also great, even simple ones like their fried rice which is super good. A classic.

Food is good. Service is good. Super crowded on weekends, so make a reservation ahead. There’s diaper changing table in female toilets (not sure about male toilets). There’s air con seating, indoor non air con seating and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is near the seaside and may get a bit dark depending on where the lampposts are.

The place seems to be super popular and known for its sea food. The place was super crowded and nearly all tables were full. I am a vegetarian and was with a big group- all non vegetarians who loved the sea food. The restaurant was accomodating and on special request had prepared vegetarian options for me- all of which were good. The service was great for the crowds there.

Very good service. Nice outdoor seating. Great to bring overseas guests and locals alike. Will definitely come back.

Erm food here is really over price for locals I would say .. So we don’t usually come here. It’s nice but portion is so small and too little to go around. The black pepper beef is really tender(this is 2 slices). The cod fish is so tiny it’s only 1 bite. I personally love the ‘green dragon’ veg it have the consistency of a spring onion (or some call it’s chives?) not very common and not all restaurant serve it. Cereal prawn is awesome as well . More of a local dish. Dint order the chili crab cause it’s def very exp and we are not really a very seafood family.
