We ordered a Cob salad, baked beans and a basket of bread. It took 20 minutes for the bread basket to arrive. It took another 10 minutes for the baked beans to come and that is not before I went before the kitchen and ask them to scoop it up time. Yes it is as simple as that but it didn’t come. Ad I am writing now it is already 45 minutes my cob salad is still not here.
Not sure if this is the normal service but if it is I don’t know how the joint can handle a full crowd. When I ordered my food it was not even half filled. Just to let owner be aware, your staff is now refusing customers because they cannot handle it. Good luck .

Enjoyed a sumptuous brunch at the idyllic setting of Jones the grocer. Had a Wagyu beef burger which was tender and flavourful, the meat juicy when I bit inside. Was tempted to choose from their great selection of wine but ended up with a creamy and robust coffee for the late morning jolt. I indulged in death by chocolate which is the most sinful dessert I have had. Will definitely be back!

Terrible service for overpriced tasteless coffee. Staff standing around inside giggling while customers outside waiting for a hint or recognition. Avoid!

Good food and ambience. Reasonable pricing quick service. Reasonable choices available for vegetarians.
