The best Peking Duck in Singapore IMHO. I come here every few months, and I’m happy to see that the overall food quality has remained consistently fantastic through the years.

Service quality here can vary though, depending on where you are seated in the restaurant and how busy the restaurant is. The restaurant is beautifully furnished and looks classy, but the noise-level is generally quite high, even in the semi-private dining alcoves.

The Peking Duck is the must-order dish. It is served whole and the chef slices it in front of the table. The skin is extremely crispy and does not taste greasy. It is served two ways — wafer thin without any meat attached (to be dipped in sugar), and in slightly thicker slices with some meat (to be dipped in a sweet sauce or eaten wrapped in the steamed chinese pancakes).

My other favourite here is the Double-boiled Fish Maw soup with Shark’s Cartilage. This collagen-rich soup is thick and flavourful without being cloying.

    Excellent duck, very sad service.

Serving sauce out of a plastic squeeze.bottle, replaced sauce plate without taking the old one out, missing orders frequently, got the bill significantly wrong, came back as saying that they didn’t have the wine we ordered but didn’t come back with the wine list, overall sloppy service. The duck is still excellent.

Beside the Peking duck, the rest of the food was just so so to me. Could have better food for such price. For those who don’t mind the price and wants some decent food. Only recommend their Peking duck for me.

All the way for the Peking Duck and appearance that the service crews kinda short handed… The quality of food are still awesome but kinda disappointed with the service.. Sense that the service not focus/attended on our table

Outstanding peking duck dish! Fried rice tastes below average. Communication in English is barely smooth. Pecking duck is $90 and is only possible for one size, whole.
