   This was a perfect hotel for my week long stay in Singapore. They were able to upgrade us to a premium twin room on a higher floor and the view was incredible. The location was also perfect located right on Clarke Quay and the Singapore River. The breakfast was also terrific. I would definitely stay here again

   Great hotel. Well located close to major bus routes and a metro station. Great restaurants close by. We had adjoining family rooms which were huge. Nice pool area. Highlight was the staff who are all so friendly and accommodating- we just felt well looked after. Great value all round.

   Lovely hotel.
   The rooms look great, staff were super friendly and the pool….. the pool is awesome!
   If you have a transit in Singapore (20+ hours) or a few days, its a great place to relax.
   Lots of things within walking distance and a great area to explore.

   For what is essentially a business hotel, it caters incredibly well for families too. We stayed a night before our flight home. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating even allowing us to use their facilities to freshen up before a late night flight even after we had already checked out. There is a pool area, spa, restaurant and it is also within walking distance of the lovely Clarke Quay area. Great place to stay!

   Yes, the rooms show some wear and tear.
   I am still a regular at this hotel since 2011 because I have never been to another hotel – no matter how many stars – where the service has been so great. Everybody is very attentive, they remember exactly what you liked the last time when you stayed with them three years ago, they address you by your name in the lounge and make sure you have everything you want and need. They will pay that level of attention to you no matter if you are a first time customer or a regular. I have quickly turned into a regular because of this unique and caring attitude towards their guests.
