   This is my first time dining at the Novena outlet despite having dined at the other outlets several times. Am glad to be here as the service here were very good… Kudos to the staff 旭森 & 斯遨… Can felt their enthusiasm & passion to serve… Thank U 👍😉😎

   The food is great and so do the services! Lovely and attentive staff~ first time in this branch a little hard to locate. A staff named 李嘉欣 has been serving my table and had brought great joy to us!! Great conversation and great attitude that taken care of customer’s need! Highly recommended.

   This is my first timing dinning at Haidilao Novena outlet. The service here are really good and the waiter and waitress are very polite and friendly, especially the waiter(Jiang斯遨 ) who took care of my table. His service was prompt and meticulous. Will prefer to travel to Novena outlet the next time. The dinning area are clean and the food were fresh.

   A group of 6 of us decided to have dinner here yesterday to celebrate our friend’s birthday! CS Lee and Jiang Si Aw were very cheerful and prompt in their services. Knowing that one of our friend is pregnant, they offered her a backrest so that she can dine more comfortably. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!

   Had a great experience dining at Hai Di Lao today! The food was tasty, and Wen Bing who served us was super attentive and brought us everything we needed. 🙂 He also refilled our water glasses several times without us noticing 😀
