The Nonya food here is pretty good. Reasonably priced and in a nice area. The service was quick and hilariously grumpy, if you don’t take it personally. It’s just the way the staff is, but they are efficient and good at their jobs.
We took an after dinner walk to the shore and visited many of the quirky shops in Changi Village. Overall a great experience.

Food was ok. But expected better customer service. It was such a hot afternoon, and the owners just refused to let people sit inside the aircon area, saying that “there’s nothing I can do, the tables are all reserved”.

What a lie, there was totally no people who come to those reserved tables all the way until the restaurant was closed.

People made the effort to go down to Changi Village to support you. The least you can do is to be more tactful in handling this. You could have just kindly informed us that there are customers who reserved the tables, and we might have to vacate by a certain time if we chose to take them. I will have greatly obliged to that or at least will understand your situation.

You totally made us feel like second class customers. Shame on you.

We would have been such loyal customers.

Decently priced peranakan food. Their ngo hiang is really good and the beef rendang is not bad. The rest of the dishes we had were decent and has a home cooked feel to it.
