It is my favourite pork ribs prawn noodle stall. We came for breakfast at 8:30am this morning – there is a street side car park next to the coffee shop and ample alert will be sounded when parking warden arrives. We had bee hoon soup and the quality is consistent as usual. All three of us finished the entire bowl till it is empty of the tasty clear broth. The broth is well balanced between the freshness of the prawns and sweetness of the pork ribs; and not too oily from the lard.

The stall opens from 5am but don’t come too early as the boss won’t serve you the pork ribs if they aren’t soft and ready. I think 5:30am is about the right time. The pork ribs may run out early like 9am if business is good for the day. Stall is closed on Sunday.

Nice prawn mee soup. Soup tasted good. Got to be there early. Was there twice around 9.30am, and they sold out of the normal size prawn. Only options left was pork ribs and large prawns. Didn’t go for the large prawn option as it was too expensive.

Soup has hints of scallop and dry noodles has good oil and taste. Runs out of prawn at about 1030am but can still order pork ribs noodles till about 11.30. Closes after that

Seems to be a big hit with their ardent fans. It’s the first time I tried it and I don’t find it amazing. It’s nice but the broth seems to be slightly oily. As a casual keto dieter the Chef is obliging to replace the noodles with towgay. There are a few more stalls next door with the same branding but serving other food.
