   Amazing product after renovation. Room is large and new. Be sure to book the South Tower to enjoy the newly renovated rooms. Customer service from check-in to guest experience is great.

   One surprising thing though is that there is no complementary parking for in-house guest. First time hearing this from a luxury hotel. It’s my bad that I didn’t ask when I check in. Already parked my car for 7 hours. So I had to bring my car home and make my way back to the hotel. Families who drive, please take note.

   Great location. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfy. Plenty of restaurants, shops, excellent pools and gym. The location easy access to probably the world’s cleanest and best underground rail system. Great place to stay! Bonus Accor member discounts and regular perks!

   From check in to check out this was one the best places I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. I had booked a room especially for the F1 GP, I was not disappointed the views were perfect,the room itself was to the highest of standards. All of staff provided an amazing level of customer service!

   Super location. So convenient to every where. Rooms are of a good size. Beds and bedding are so comfy. Good size toilet with nice amenities.

   Room is huge, comfy and clean. Facilities include a complete and modernly equipped gym, spa and pool. A lot of food choices, and if you don’t feel to be too fancy, the Raffles City mall is connected to the hotel with so many other choices of food, coffee and others. The combination of ease, comfort, location is top notch
