Beautiful landscaped and very well maintained by National parks authorities. Beautifully maintained Brook and beautifully curated wetlands. And the Grub in the midst. A little Oasis among the bustling neighbourhood. I half-expected a food court/ satay/ beer under the open sky around the round tables, but it’s better without those. A great place for the casual jogger, the runner and the Walker. Also you can simply plonk onto one of the numerous benches and seats and delve into a book. Serene, quiet and unobtrusive. The way it should be.

Beautiful park. Large as well, a loop around the entire place is around 5 to 6 km. Lots of facilities, including a dog run where your fur kids can run free and play with other doggies. Very well kept. A McD and a few vending machines scattered around the park should you need to buy food or drinks.

I liked it because it was very child friendly and very green. I have to say that at some point I did not like it because it has a gloomy fell but it is okay. Must try the Grub restaurant it has some nice delicacies!

It’s pretty and it’s huge, wide open spaces with the floodplain design for drainage instead of a canal. One of the few things I think was well done by the town council. More places in Singapore should be like this. At least more natural.

There’s 2 parts to the park. You need to cross the road to get to the other part of the park. Very huge park with occasional events occurring every now and then. Looks really pretty after the renovation some time ago! Not very crowded as well during weekends.
