Although it is in the city, you will be surprised that the food portion and price are very reasonable. Desserts are nice and clay pot rice not bad. Worth trying.

Hidden jem, teochew oysters with minced meat fitters. Decently priced and made to order. It has all of the old school flavour. Thin coating of batter wraps a spoonful of minced meat and veg together with a freshwater oysters. it has a creamy seafood flavour inside yet on the outside a crispy fried texture. This is not for a pack away food as the food constantly release stream in the packaging and hence soften and destroy the experience.

A wide range of local Singaporean hawker fare at affordable prices. There are also a few stalls selling Thai food which are very good. Do note that certain days of the week and certain times of the day, half the hawker centre will be closed as the hawkers take a break.
