   This hotel prides itself on delivering horrible customer service (5 Star effort), the customer service from their duty manager is one of the worst I have experienced in hospitality but don’t let them know that as the duty manager couldn’t care less as they are rated #2 on TripAdvisor (that’s the response you get from a “Manager”).
   Quite glad we never stayed here after receiving such bad service and found a fantastic hotel to substitute this poor experience.
   Feel sorry for the staff the way they get spoken to by the duty manager as well is unprofessional.
   Thanks for providing me with the low level of service you did which allowed us to find an amazing hotel which actually knew how to treat its customers with the level of respect and decency that one would expect.

   Friendly service. Great rooms with comfortable bed and high quality fittings. Very good air conditioning. Funky, functional bathroom with good lighting.
