Went for lunch around 1:30pm and wasn’t crowded.

Food (5/5): One of the best Dim Sum place by authentic HK Chefs! The service is very good and the soup is boiled just right, exactly what you expect in a HK boiled soup! The noodle is cooked perfectly and portion just right!

Service (5/5): the restaurant managers and servers are highly trained.

Nice ambience, good food, good service. Modern Chinese cuisine with classic Chinese dishes. The popular smoked duck dish uses the western method of a smoke gun to impart the flavour of wood to the dish.

Dim sums are nicely presented and taste delicious. Food overall is of high quality.

Definitely worth a try. The prices are consistent with the quality and location; not cheap.

Best dim sum we had in Singapore (and we also went to Tim Ho Wan). The wagyu beef bun and swan shaped cod puff were excellent representations of modern twist on the classics.

Wonderful atmosphere and location, feels good to be seated, having a nice meal, perched above the bustling people passing by.
Food was well portioned and enough to go around.
    A must visit again, experience.
    🤩😋

Great food but doesnt meet expectations of any typical hotel standard restaurant. Restaurant receptionist did not speak english; which gives an unfortunate impression of the restaurant.

The waitress wouldn’t give us time to have a look at the menu before ordering. The second we ask about a certain dish, she would rush to the computer to note it down on the system and then come back to take our next order. We were so rushed by her that we ordered anything just so that she would leave. The ideal way of taking the orders of any decent restaurant is to initially give the customer plenty of time to read the menu and make up their mind. Then, to note down the whole order on a peice of paper instead of going back and forth to the computer on every order.

There was no ettiquette in the way she threw the plates on the table along with the cuttery.

The restaurant closes at 11, we arrived at 9:30, in the midst of our dining, we were disturbed by the waitress’s nagging urge to pay the bill while there was a good 45 minutes before closing.
