My husband and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. We sat at the bar. The food was okay. By the time we had started the dessert course, the staff were already cleaning the restaurant, spraying cleaning solution on the furniture and even on the chef’s table which was right in front of us. The staff also filled up a huge garbage bag right in front of us. The restaurant closes at 10.30 pm (according to manager) and this was at 9 pm. The staff were even eating the extra dessert prepared, while we were still having our food. This is not a cheap establishment and we are paying not just for the food but also for an enjoyable atmosphere. By cleaning up, making so much noise and using a cleaning spray so close to us and to our food, the staff made us feel like we were imposing on them, way before the closing time. We are very disappointed and we will not return.

Food and service was good. However, what made it unpleasant was the kitchen staff who were busy preparing food portions and eating scraps from their preparation dishes while I was seated at the counter seats in front of their open concept kitchen.
I am sure that they were not only sampling the food as you do not need to feed yourself part of a dish you were slicing up that many times. Also, pouring out food from packets, the kitchen staff will pour extra just for the sake of popping some into their mouths before closing the packet.
Well, this is a hygiene issue as the hand that they are using to prepare the food might possibly come into contact with their mouth, as some of the scraps that they feed themselves are certainly small in size.
Restaurant Beni should review their kitchen operations if they want to maintain an open concept kitchen dining experience.

BENI is a french Restaurant having wonderful taste of food on it menu. Food’s that can relates on your mood and fit’s on your own taste. This restaurant is good at accommodating at their guest and costumers. Their staffs having a good attitude and polite so that you can feel free when you go there. The building is really good because it fit’s the modern world. I hope you can go to this french restaurant to taste french foods.
