   Exceptional customer service. All staff were very friendly and so nice. Really loved their house keeping and butler service. Highly recommended especially for family. The rooms were quite big so didn’t feel that I was in a hotel room. It was very comfortable to stay long term.

   Had a memorable and amazing stay at the St Regis. The moment we stepped out of our taxi we were welcomed into a whole new service experience. Cannot recommend this enough. We felt special every moment of the day and were impressed by the high quality of hospitality. Particular Alison from the Front Desk and Robin from the Butler Department made sure we will never forget our stay.

   Best hotel in town!
   I stayed in this hotel in my first trip to Singapore and I was thrilled. First time at a St. Regis hotel and was totally Wow-ed. the accommodations are great, you breath the luxury of the hotel. The breakfast area is very open with a great food assortment in the buffet. Staff is really nice and I felt very welcome.

   Definitely one of the best hotels in Singapore downtown area. Nice spacious rooms and great services. However, the location is a bit off Orchard road and other tourist/shopping areas. Butler service is available for every room. Love the nice shower and bath tub in the bathroom.

   Beautiful hotel and incredibly efficient and warm service from the staff. Chinese restaurant YanTing is excellent as is the Japanese restaurant (I forgot the name). Puts to shame other pretenders .
