Fab Fries Create restaurant style sweet potato fries. Soften potatoes in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Slice into thin wedges. Coat baking sheet generously with olive oil. Season fries with garlic salt and bake for 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees. Toss around half way through. Dip in ketchup or chipotle cream sauce(sour cream with dash of adobo and honey)

lovelovelove. made for first time- how do you make them extra crispy? also- created amazing dip- spicy brown mustard mixed with greek nonfat yogurt-aaamazing.
I have found that softening the potatoes first and then putting them in a hot oven will get them good and crispy. May want to try increasing to 425 degrees and adding more oil. Glad u liked!
